To the residents of the west Vincent Massey area,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your support since October 2018. It is an honour I do not take lightly.
In recent weeks, the residents of the west Vincent Massey area have shared both personal and property concerns they have experienced. In looking at having good community involvement I would like to propose a community discussion on the issue of crime and safety. The first of a couple of discussions I hope to host in different areas of the ward.
I have invited Police Chief Wayne Balcaen to join us to participate in this discussion, hear your concerns, and provide insight and tips to help prevent crime, as well as share the Brandon Police Service strategy to addressing resident concerns in the City of Brandon.
This discussion will take place Wednesday, May 29th at 7:30 p.m. at J.R. Reid School (in the gymnasium) located at 813-26th Street. Please enter through the main doors.
I welcome you to attend this community discussion and please invite your neighbours. If you are unable to attend but would like to have your voice heard/receive updates, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Kindest Regards,
Shaun Cameron
