The City of Brandon will be hosting an upcoming education event:
(This update is provided on behalf of the City of Brandon, Development Services Dept.)
Development charges are an important tool to fund municipal infrastructure in emerging growth and established areas. The City of Brandon Council adopted a Development Charges By-law to assist in funding the infrastructure required for Brandon’s future growth. The Development Charges By-law came into effect on July 1, 2019.
Please join Development Services staff for a discussion on the timing of infrastructure identified to service growth in the capital budget. Industry feedback is key to ensure the City’s construction timelines align with market demands and the speed of development.

Time: 5:00-6:30 pm – Light refreshments to be served
